All Wellness Program classes will be adapted to the levels of each practitioner, even if the classes are in groups, helping each practitioner to reach their goal safely and in harmony with their moment in life.

Pilates

Pilates is a set of movements performed in order to make the practitioner aware of its own body and respiratory flow, while performing the exercises.
It was created by Joseph Pilates who aimed to help people become more aware of themselves and believed in the connection between mind and body to achieve physical balance, inner peace and spiritual harmony.
The exercises strengthen the core, called power house in Pilates, correct postural changes, improve flexibility, increase muscle tone, help increase breathing capacity and promote a feeling of well-being.
