Stretches & Meditation

Throughout the day, tensions are imprinted on our body, which makes us more and more rigid and less flexible.
Conscious stretches are a way to release these tensions and promote a state of relaxation, not only in the physical body, but also in the emotional body.
From this moment onwards, we also start to relax our mind and, through specific techniques, we enter the meditative state where we experience a sense of peace, calm and inner harmony.
